1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

  • The product key is verified as non-functional by our support team.

  • A cancellation request is submitted before the product key has been delivered.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued in cases of user error, including:

  • Selecting the wrong product

  • Not verifying system compatibility prior to purchase


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue encountered

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method used for the purchase.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Digital products that have been successfully delivered and activated

  • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers (unless defective)
